This is a unique workshop that begins by answering the question “What is body awareness?”  Simply put, a body that is “aware” is connected to the belief systems buried in the subconscious mind and the emotions that emanate from those belief systems. You will discover:

  • How to become more body aware.
  • How self-limiting beliefs, usually formed in childhood, can be recognized and understood through the development of body awareness.
  • Tools you can utilize to become less “reactive” (unhealthy) to life’s circumstances and more “responsive” (healthy).
